About Sarah Jack

Sarah Jack is a warm, welcoming and professional counsellor. After years of mental health problems and numerous sessions with other therapists, just a few months working with Sarah has had a profound effect on my life and happiness. I would not hesitate in recommending working with Sarah, it really will have an enormous impact on your wellbeing and outlook on life, forever. ML (individual counselling)

Sarah has been instrumental in bridging a communication gap in our relationship and helping us safely and respectfully build up an understanding of what each other is thinking. This has been pivotal for us finding our way forward to a position that we both believe will help us lead fuller and happier lives. Invaluable. BG

(couples counselling)

I sought counselling support from Sarah via email and benefited from seeing my story in writing.  Her responses to what I brought provided me with an opportunity to really build on my strengths and resources.  Our work has given me such optimism and focus in my life, which I value as I feel so much happier.  I would highly recommend working with Sarah who has brought such positive change into my life.  HA

Thank you so much for all your help you have made an amazing difference for myself and my children- we have been able to learn how to communicate clearly and without defensive reactions because you created such a held, supportive and safe space for us to be in during our sessions with you. We are now much more able to talk, resolve issues  and enjoy our time together through this very difficult period in our lives. The children have a much greater sense of self and I have been able to see them clearly and appreciate their opinions. SJ
